Bittersweet Farms Welcomes New Executive Director

Whitehouse, OH…Bittersweet Farms is thrilled to announce the appointment of its fifth Executive Director, Natasha Bailey. Natasha is a native of Northwest Ohio and comes to Bittersweet with over 20 years of executive leadership experience in nonprofit and healthcare settings.

Natasha’s passion for service and personal connection with autism align perfectly with the Bittersweet mission. She is also a strong advocate of the farmstead model, bringing over 10 years of professional experience in the animal welfare field and personal experience raising her own family in rural Henry County.

As she begins her journey with Bittersweet, Natasha says, “I am excited to work with an organization that places a focus on enhancing independence and dignity for its participants and I look forward to growing with Bittersweet Farms for many years.”

As the organization embarks on this new chapter, Bittersweet is encouraged by Natasha’s strategic planning and organizational development experience.  With her leadership and the collective effort of the entire team, the organization is poised to achieve new heights of impact and service to its mission of positively impacting the lives of individuals with autism and those whose lives they touch.
