Local Individuals with Autism Give Back to Families in Need

Lima, OH—Local individuals with autism are giving back to families in need, all while developing their own vocational and life skills. Community service is central to the Day Program at Bittersweet at Betty’s Farm. This summer the participants collected much-needed hygiene items for Family Promise of Lima. On Friday, September 2nd, representatives from Family Promise will visit Betty’s Farm to receive these generous donations. The news media is invited to attend and share this heartwarming story.
